Short Paragraph on Television

Television is an instrument used to transfer video/moving images along with the sound, between two distant places. The first electronic television was invented in 1927 by an American named Philo Taylor Farnsworth. He was just 21 when he invented television. He used the concept of capturing moving images with a primitive camera.

The first image ever transmitted over the television was a single line. Farnsworth, also famously transmitted a dollar sign over the television. Electronic television made mechanical televisions obsolete and redundant. The world’s first mechanical TV station was built in America in 1928.
